Fitness Tips: How to stay fit

It's a way of life and I'm very restless if I don't train I train in various things so that keeps me going in or doesn't get boring. Just doing some sort of activity every day, it could be dancing. What could be martial arts, it could be

going to the gym, it could be playing a sport prowl my activewear and also it's all about ready to move just you've got to move your body is meant to move

maintaining muscle mass requires you to move your muscles move or resistance with them with the help of your muscles. So it's all about you know moving in the gym, moving in your activities, keep stimulating your muscles, eating right it's a balance of everything, restricted eating definitely in martial arts around asking. Well I've you know always wanted to be different, we do things differently and sort of stand out and in some areas. I've had you know huge inspirations in my life, who do you know is capable of superhuman feats and that's why you know I do what I do I look up to them. I Drive my inspiration and motivation from them the decoction hands down Shmi design is definitely one of the Rihanna, she's inspiration, not Jacqueline Fernandez, Katrina kaif both of them are very fit.

Sometimes when you know I push myself so much I need to refuel myself, so I just once a week minimum, anything sweet I have a huge sweet tooth, so I love chocolates something that's comfortable. But something that looks good at the same time you know something. I can wear it in the gym and something I can wear for you know my TV life, somebody said like you're a walking piece of art right oh that kind nice thank you.

When I started dancing very late so at a gym that if you start weight training you become very stiff breakdancing shortcuts I don't think you will achieve anything doing shortcuts. Honestly speaking, I set short-term goals and I have a long-term goal so for me those you know those goals. Keep me consistent at what I do so it's as simple as that set goals for yourself whether it's losing a few inches on your waist or whether it's gaining on inches on your arms or whether you want to jump higher or run faster you know  just set any goals and just keep your mind to it and work towards it every day and it's not rocket science

Fitness Tips to Make This Your Year Of Change

You may have resolved to make this the year you finally start—and stick with—an exercise program, but you're fighting an uphill battle, and it's all too easy to give up after a few weeks. Judging by the fact that the January crowds in the gym are long gone by February, you're not alone!

Define Your Challenge

Write down your ultimate physique goal and how you'd like to look. Include weight, body fat, and any physique improvements you'd like to see. Now divide it by 3. That's roughly your 90-day goal—to get you a third of the way there.

Make Time For Your Health

Work up to 60 minutes of physical activity each day. That doesn't mean you'll be on the weight-room floor seven days a week, but strive to get some kind of activity—even if it's a walk with your dog or a leisurely bike ride. Take advantage of great weather when it happens by taking your workouts outdoors. If you're new to fitness, start with two 15-minute sessions or three 10-minute sessions to help you become acclimated.

Discover What You Enjoy

Weights are one of the best ways to make significant physical changes to your body. Unfortunately, not everyone enjoys lifting. The most important determinant of long-term success with fitness is how much you enjoy an activity. Choose something that makes fitness fun! Explore new exercise classes and activities to determine which you prefer. As a beginner, almost anything you choose will be challenging, but gains will be made starting your very first week.

Don't Go It Alone

Train with a friend who's at about your level of ability and has similar goals. You'll be far less likely to skip your workout when you know someone is depending on you. It's also more motivating when you push each other, and you'll be far less likely to cut your sessions short.
